You'll need to fill out the form to get the information. Select your region, try different possiblities of previous determinatons, until you get 30021, 30022, 30023 Archeological Technicians to show up. If the project you're working on involves federal money and you're getting paid less that what it says, you're getting ripped off and it's time to do something about it.
